Our magical mini vacay and this upcoming summer got me wishing for my own perfect vacation wardrobe. I don’t go on as many vacations as I wish to, (someone should really be accountable for that!) and looking closely resort wear is a really lacking section in my closet.
On the (dream) menu: All kinds of kaftans (haven’t maxed out on those yet), linen clothing (such a cliche), loose maxi dresses made with simple casual fabrics, combined with statement jewelry (the entire Penumbra Human Bridges collection would be great, thanks), and of course, the glue that holds this whole thing together- million pairs of sandals.
On our recent vacation I officially welcomed spring in my favorite white shirt paired with hot pink shorts (brave move on my part, no need for applause) that were waiting for their moment to shine for two years now until I found its perfect fit. That’s a start.
חופשת האביב הקסומה שלנו והקיץ המתקרב גרמו לי להתדיין עם עצמי בנוגע לבגדי החופשה המושלמים. אולי אני לא יוצאת למספיק חופשות (אהמ אהמ, מי אחראי על הדבר הזה?) אבל בבחינה מקרוב מסתמן שזה החלק הלוקה בחסר במלתחה שלי.
בתפריט (החלומות): גלביות וכפתנים על שלל סוגיהם (עוד לא מיציתי), בגדי פשתן (קלישאת קיץ מהלכת), שמלות מקסי פשוטות בשילוב תכשיטים עם נוכחות (במסגרת האובססיה העדכנית אם אפשר בבקשה את כל הקולקציה הנוכחית של פנומברה זה יהיה מעולה, תודה)
וכמובן הדבק שמחבר בין כל אלה- מליון זוגות סנדלים.
כדי לחנוך את האביב הזה ובתקווה להביא על עצמי עוד חופשות, במיני חופשה שלנו לבשתי חולצה לבנה רכה ונהדרת שעפ”י התחזיות הולכת לעבוד קשה אצלי בתקופה הקרובה, אותה שילבתי בצעד פרוע מצדי (תודה על מחיאות הכפיים) עם שורט ורוד ששכב מיותם קרוב לשנתיים עד שמצאתי לו את הפרפקט פיט. זו התחלה.
