Although it isn’t *officially* spring until… well, tomorrow, here in Israel it seems like spring has sprung sometime in early February. Israeli winters are usually pretty minimal, mostly sunny with the occasional rain every two weeks or so, and this year was no exception.
To enjoy some extra winter moments before I dive back into my bikini and most importantly to celebrate our 10th anniversary, Max and I traveled to Madrid where we spent a long weekend of fine dining and quality time. As it turns out, that much needed trip was just about fabulous outfits as it was about great experiences, so here it is – I present you (TUM TUM TUMMM) with my last winter outfit.

This outfit seen here is my favorite one of our vacation and probably of this entire winter. What I love most about it is that I finally got to play with winter accessories that I don’t often get to in the barely existent Israeli winter, like the big plaid scarf and these gorgeous over the knee boots I finally got my hands on and are literally the only thing I’m going to miss this spring.

Though I had many creative ideas on how I’m going to style these boots, ’cause I’ve been literally craving them since forever, I find that currently my favorite way to style them is the most simple one – on top of black pants or jeans, as seen here.
Since I packed very lightly for this trip, I had to get creative with my outfits but to also be able to wear items time and time again, so I built myself a basic black outfit on which I layered my coat and accessories. This kept things interesting, giving me an entirely different look and feel every day.
