Some weeks everything just seems kinda off. I’m currently having one of those weeks so this upcoming weekend looks all the more exciting. I decided not to leave it to chance and get my mojo back via my humble “good vibes only” bubble I got going here.

This summer brought along many blessings, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Don’t mean to get all philosophical on you but I do think taking the time to look on the bright side is super helpful and in this hectic life we lead we sure need to learn how to take a moment for positive thinking. 

While I’m counting my own personal blessings, just thought this could be a great time to share with you some of my favorite summer refreshers and spread some positive energy.

– Total couch potato move to open with this one in the middle of beach season, I know, but as always I’m having a great time binge watching my favorite TV shows with my better half. Currently in deep with “Unreal”. On the weekends we try to stick to movie night, or noon, or morning. We watch a movie.

– Usually not a great fruit eater to say the least (I’m more of a chocolate chip kinda gal) but lately I’ve been eating tons of grapes and peaches and I must say it’s a nice twist.

–  Getting ready for summer this time with beach chairs although sounds like a funny idea to even mention was a life changer!! Can’t believe the amount of years I hated going to the beach, who would have thought this lazy ass idea would change the game entirely. Get beach chairs, get ’em now! Between talking about fruits and gushing about beach chairs, I suddenly feel so grown up! (old, the word is old).

– As time passes I enjoy capturing life’s perfect moments even more. Taking photos of everything and well, writing this blog that I’m so proud of, has become not only a nice thing to be doing but an actual “me time” and a creative space I can’t imagine myself living without. This helps me tune into myself more than anything I’ve ever tried and I’m so excited about where it’s going lately.

 – Sale season is here for a good while now. I haven’t even made any big purchases but somehow sale season is always at least as festive as Christmas or the beginning of spring.  

– This summer, due to my recent craze I keep mentioning, we get to take many fun trips  and I really love this new routine of ours. It’s literally a “stop and smell the roses” situation and I’m so proud of the face that I’ve finally managed to make it my priority. Really hope to keep this new tradition going. 

Last and best are our future travel plans. Planning a crazy vacation to take place this fall and as we get ahead on planning it I’m getting more and more excited. Can’t wait to tell you all about it soon.
