It’s been pouring rain for a few days now, and meanwhile all I did was drink hot chocolate and herbal tea, then I embarked in a major snooze fest.
I must say, while briefly reading my own blog I realized I’m ready for early retirement much sooner than I thought, and it seems like all that’s missing is a monthly allowance and a fractured hip.
It’s probably not a smart move on my part to begin yapping about california dreamin’ already, it is winter there too and I’ll run dry on complaints by the time we’ll get to february, but than again two rainy days are enough.
It’s not really a popular opinion, and for sure is not a fashionable one, but my opinions have never been of the popular kind, and won’t bring back the summer anyway (and that’s too bad), so I feel pretty comfortable saying I’ve had enough.
My hair is all messy, my lips are dry, all this grey outside is simply annoying and all I wanna do is sleep.
Back when I was flying solo (which seems now like biblical times), I was convinced that when I’ll be in love again I’ll stop having the winter blues.
I was sure I’ll be clapping at blackouts like we used to do in second grade, that rain will no longer feel like god is pissing all over me, puddles will be a great excuse to leap happily and I’ll be singin’ in the rain.
I was sorely mistaken, but it is more fun napping together. and eat soup. and watch “Homeland”.
Meanwhile in the few rainy days that were upon us (and in those that are yet to come), I’ve been searching the web for my one and only favorite thing about winter- hoodies, or sweats if you will.
I’ve decided to share with you a few of my favorites that for a brief moment made me feel like winter is not all bad, that is until I remembered I was wearing a hood of “class trip 2005”, and then I was just annoyed again.

היו כאן כמה ימים גשומים בהם שתיתי המון שוקולית ותה עם נענע ועסקתי במרתון נמנומים אינטנסיבי.
בכלל, מקריאה זריזה של הבלוג אני מגלה שאני מוכנה לצאת לפנסיה הרבה יותר מהר משחשבתי, ונראה שכל מה שחסר לי זו רק קצבה חודשית ושבר בירך.
כנראה שזה לא צעד חכם מצדי להתחיל לדבר על קליפורניה דרימין’ כבר מעכשיו, כי גם שם חורף ועל מה אתלונן בפברואר בעצם, ומצד שני יומיים גשומים זה לגמרי מספיק. אולי זו לא דעה פופולרית וגם לא ממש אופנתית, אבל הדעות שלי מעולם לא היו פופולריות גם ככה והן גם לא באמת יביאו את הקיץ (שזה די חבל), אז אני מרגישה ממש בנוח לומר שמיציתי.
השיער שלי לא מסתדר, השפתיים שלי סדוקות, האפרוריות מרגיזה אותי ובא לי לישון.
כשעוד הייתי לבד (נראה מכאן כמו תקופה פרה- היסטורית), הייתי משוכנעת שכשלא אהיה לבד כבר לא אסבול מבלוז של חורף. כי כל מה שצריך זו פרסומת על “שניים זה תמיד ביחד” כדי לזנוח לחלוטין כל לקח שאי פעם למדת, או סתם הגיון בריא למשל.
חשבתי שאחזור למחוא כפיים בהפסקות חשמל ממש כמו בכיתה ב’, שגשם יפסיק להרגיש כאילו אלוהים משתין עליי, שלוליות יראו כמו תירוץ נהדר לקפץ ושיר אשיר בגשם.
אומנם התבדיתי, אבל כן יותר כיף לנמנם ביחד. ולאכול מרק. ולראות הומלנד.
בימים הגשומים שהיו (ובאלה שעוד יבואו), אני עוסקת בינתיים בחיבתי הלא פוטוגנית לקפוצ’ונים, או מיזעים, אם תרצו.
החלטתי לשתף כאן בכמה פייבוריטים שגרמו לי להרגיש לרגע שהחורף קצת פחות נורא עד שנזכרתי שאני בעצם לובשת כרגע סווטשירט של “חווית מולדת 2005”.
all three sweatshirts are by Just Female, a danish brand that is also reachable via Asos.All of them are gorgeous in my eyes but are also ridiculously expensive in my opinion, they all retail between 48 to 66 pound each, and actually just entered the sale while I was writing this post! I’m a miracle worker! but even at sale prices this is still too much for my not- so- deep pocket.
The PARDON MY FRENCH sweatshirt is my absolut favorite one and it makes me so sad to know I’ll have to get through life without it, but I guess it just wasn’t written in the stars for us.

כל שלושת הסווטשירטים למעלה הם של
Just Female, מותג דני שזמין לקניה גם באסוס.כולם יפייפיים בעיני, אבל יקרים עד כדי גיחוך במחירים שנעים בין 48 ל-66 פאונד, שזה באזור בין 270 ל-380 שקלים לכל אחד ולמען האמת עלו לסייל ממש בעת כתיבת הפוסט! מדובר בנס! אבל גם בסייל מדובר במחירים מוגזמים להחריד לכיסי המותש.
הראשון מימין הוא הפייבוריט המוחלט שלי וקצת מצער לדעת שאיאלץ לחיות את חיי בלעדיו אבל כנראה שזה לא כתוב בכוכבים בשבילנו.

The right sweatshirt is by the
Asos Africa line which is all about beautiful fun prints that I just wish I could buy all of it although I’m not much of a colorful person.
The black one on the left is also by Asos and I don’t have a whole lot to say about it other than it makes my really sleepy in a good way, and the cute red one in the middle is by
Pop Boutique. they make great retro clothes that always send me reaching for my eyeliner.
Glad to end this post on a more positive note, all that’s left to do now is wait for my Pension and bravely go
through winter on my rocker.

השלישיה הזו קצת יותר נגישה במחירים שנעים בין 130 שקלים ל-210 בערך (22-36 פאונד). את שלושתם גם ניתן למצוא באסוס (כי בחורף יותר מכל דבר אחר אני פשוט עצלנית).
הסווטשירט הימני מביניהם הוא של הליין האפריקאי של אסוס שרוב רובו פרינטים כיפיים כל כך שבא לי לרכוש את כולם על אף שאינני טיפוס צבעוני ביום- יום, ובעיקר לא בימי סופה שכאלה.
השחור משמאל גם הוא של אסוס ואין לי הרבה מה להגיד עליו כי הוא עושה אותי די מנומנמת, והיפיוף האדום שבאמצע הוא של
Pop Boutique שתמיד עושים רטרו מעולה מהסוג שמעורר בי חשק לאייליינר מוגזם.
הפוסט הזה מסתיים הרבה יותר אופטימי משהתחיל, ונשאר רק לחכות לקצבת הפנסיה שלי ולעבור את החורף באומץ על כסא נדנדה.
